In an effort to better serve sangat with physical disabilities and/or limited mobility, RSSB-C has developed Special Needs Access Pass to permit access to the Special Needs seating areas and facilities. Please Note the Following Rules and Policies:
- The Centre is unable to provide medical equipment for personal use. Please bring what you need.
- Those entering with a Special Needs Access Pass who have special aids or equipment of any sort, need assistance or hearing enhancement will be seated in the Special Needs section. Special Needs seating is generally close to the doors and washrooms for easier access. Only those who preregister for a Special Needs Access Pass will be allowed to sit in these sections.
- Only those who need assistance may request seating for a companion, and the companion must remain with the card-holder at all times. Other family members or the spouse will be asked to enter and sit with the general sangat.
- A family/companion restroom is available in the Center. Either a male or a female companion may accompany the Special Needs card-holder into the family/companion restroom.
- Please bring your Special Needs Access Pass with you to the Satsang Program each day.
When And How To Apply
- You must apply if you wish to obtain a Special Needs Access Pass for this Satsang Program where the Master will be present. Please complete the application form and return it to your local secretary who will review it for accuracy, sign it, and forward it to the Special Needs sevadar at the Science of the Soul Study Centre Canada. If you do not have a local Satsang Centre, please submit your application directly to the Science of the Soul Study Centre Canada as instructed on the form.
- Applications are due by June 1st 2025.

Special Needs Parking Rules
- Those with official government Parking Permits may park in the designated parking spaces closer to the Satsang Hall. Sevadars will be available to provide any assistance as required. If the designated spaces are full, the card-holder will have to park elsewhere.
- Shuttle vehicles will be available to pick up elderly sangat or those with special needs from designated pick up points in the parking areas and bring them to the check-in tents where sevadars with wheelchairs will be available to help sangat. Please note that aside from this temporary wheelchair assistance to help sangat enter the building, wheelchairs will not be provided for general use. Please bring what you need. Note that the sangat might have to walk from the check-in points to the Satsang Venue. Also, due to the limited availability of shuttles, the sangat might have to wait to be boarded.
